POSITION SUMMARY
Assist with the general operations of the office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist in faxing outgoing messages and distributing incoming messages.
Answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate person or voicemail; taking messages
as necessary.
General data entry(i.e. input driver’s information).
Create and/or edit documents as needed using various computer programs.
Various projects and updates to price books.
Month end reports and closing out month end.
Order office supplies, as needed.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Clear and concise written/oral communication skills.
Must be able to work with customers and the general public effectively and courteously.
Must have efficient data entry skills: including speed, accuracy and excellent proofreading.
Organizational skills and prioritizing is a must.
Effectively follow oral and written instructions.Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
